Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the design process has started.

Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure you are satisfied with your artwork. Minor adjustments (colors, small details, text corrections) are included.

Major changes (new photo, complete redesign) may require an additional fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Printed Products)

If your printed item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Delivery

If your digital artwork has not been received, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
