As all of our artworks are custom-made and personalized, production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Processing Time

All custom portraits are designed within 3–5 business days after receiving your photo and order confirmation.

If revisions are requested, delivery time may extend depending on response time.

Digital Products

For digital-only orders, the final high-resolution artwork will be delivered via email in JPEG or PNG format.

No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Printed Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a printed version, shipping times vary depending on your location:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• UK & Europe: 4–8 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Picartty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
